A Small Business Community
Today's consumer seems more demanding than ever. Armed with YouTube videos and DIY website information there's a growing number of consumers who are falsely confident in their knowledge of the work you perform. There are consumers that give poor ratings on social media when their high, sometimes unrealistic, expectations aren't met.
There are consumers who seem to be looking for any reason to demand a reduction in price. Then there are consumers that after a completed job delay payment, partially pay, or just won’t pay at all. There is a lot of information available about businesses that consumers can use to make decisions about who they will purchase goods or services from. Unfortunately businesses usually don't have much information about who they are dealing with.
This is where the concept for small businesses to come together as a community to share consumer information came from. That community is B4B CR, Business for Business Consumer Reporting. This is accomplished through a paid, private member only forum which gives small businesses of all types an opportunity to share information concerning difficult consumers they’ve had negative experiences with.
